Nigeria’s Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, is set to lead discussions at a landmark lecture in the United Kingdom as Triangle International Magazine marks its 10th anniversary.
The commemorative event is scheduled for April 2, 2026, at the Great Hall of King’s College London. The lecture will focus on mobilising Nigerians abroad to contribute more strategically to national growth and development.
Organisers said the anniversary gathering would convene policymakers, scholars, media executives and diaspora stakeholders for robust engagement on strengthening global partnerships that benefit Nigeria.
Tunji-Ojo is expected to deliver the keynote address, outlining the Federal Government’s position on diaspora engagement and its place within the country’s broader development framework.
Also listed as a special guest is Professor Funmi Olonisakin, Vice-Principal (International) at King’s College London, whose participation highlights the academic and international outlook of the programme.
Business leader Kola Adesina, Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, will contribute insights drawn from his experience across energy, finance and trade, while cybersecurity and artificial intelligence scholar Ojo Ademola is expected to provide a technology-driven perspective.
Broadcast journalist Seun Okinbaloye will moderate the session, with the evening hosted by Femi Salako. Beyond celebration, organisers described the anniversary as a platform for critical reflection and forward-looking dialogue on leveraging the diaspora for sustainable national advancement.
