Reno Omokri, a prominent Nigerian activist and commentator, has come out in support of Naira Marley, who has been accused of having a role in the death of Mohbad.
Naira Marley has faced a lot of criticism and suspicion after the tragic incident that claimed the life of his fellow artist.
Omokri interviewed Naira Marley in an attempt to give him a chance to clear his name and address the allegations. Omokri said he could relate to Naira Marley’s situation because he had also been falsely accused before.
He said he wanted to ensure that people who are accused of wrongdoing are given a fair hearing and an opportunity to defend themselves.
