OSSG Strengthens Collaboration with Surveyors In Lagos

The Lagos State Office of the State Surveyor-General (OSSG) has hosted members of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS), Lagos Chapter, and the Association of Private Practising Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), Lagos State Chapter, to deepen professional collaboration.

The courtesy visit created an avenue for engagement on efficient service delivery, ethical practices, regulatory compliance and the overall improvement of surveying standards in the state.

Speaking during the meeting, the Acting Surveyor-General of Lagos State, Surv. Odupe S. Olalekan, reaffirmed OSSG’s commitment to partnering with recognised professional bodies to promote integrity and capacity building.

He highlighted ongoing reforms aimed at improving operational efficiency and land administration processes in line with good governance principles.

The Chairman of NIS Lagos Chapter, Surv. (Chief) Olanrewaju Adedeji, commended the OSSG for improvements in the processing and timely delivery of Red Copies, describing it as a boost to confidence within the profession.
