MCCTI Permanent Secretary Visits Lagos State Cooperative College (LASCOCO)

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment (MCCTI), Mr. Babatunde Onigbanjo, has paid an official visit to the Lagos State Cooperative College (LASCOCO).

He was received by the Provost, Dr. Walid Adebosin, alongside management and staff members. Onigbanjo congratulated the Provost on the recent confirmation of his appointment by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.

The Permanent Secretary charged staff to support the Provost in repositioning the College for greater achievements. He emphasised the importance of discipline, commitment and quality knowledge impartation.

According to him, the College must prioritise academic excellence and character development in the interest of students and institutional growth.

The visit underscored the state government’s commitment to strengthening cooperative education and institutional leadership across Lagos.
