The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, has reaffirmed the State’s commitment to positioning Lagos as Africa’s leading tourism and creative hub through strategic partnerships.


the Commissioner held a high-level meeting with the Vice President for Growth and Partnerships at Rolling Stone Africa, Mrs. Itohan Barlow-Ndukuba, and the Chief Executive Officer of Glam Brand Agency, Mrs. Bola Balogun.

The meeting focused on advancing cultural storytelling, strengthening diaspora engagement, and exploring global collaborations capable of elevating Lagos’ tourism and creative sectors on the international stage.

The engagement forms part of the Lagos State Government’s broader strategy to amplify its rich cultural heritage, attract investment, and expand opportunities within the creative economy.



Under the leadership of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State continues to pursue inclusive growth, innovation, and cultural preservation through partnerships that position the State as a globally admired destination.
