Lagos is set to host the National Sales & Growth Conference 2025, one of Nigeria’s flagship business gatherings, scheduled to hold from Wednesday, 3 December, to Thursday, 4 December, at NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja.

According to the organisers, the conference will bring together over 500 CEOs, sales leaders, marketing professionals, HR experts, SME founders, and customer relationship managers from across Nigeria and beyond for two days of strategy sessions and high-level networking.
They noted that the event, themed “Unlocking Growth Through Sales Excellence & Business Development”, is designed to serve as a platform where ideas translate into actionable strategies capable of driving growth in Nigeria’s dynamic and challenging business environment.
Key agenda areas include the future of sales in Nigeria, winning strategies in a volatile economy, SME expansion, HR as a strategic driver, marketing that converts, business development excellence, digital-age customer relationship management, leadership for sales and growth, digital transformation, and financing business expansion.

Participants will also gain access to exclusive follow-up training in early 2026, aimed at sustaining the knowledge, frameworks, and implementation strategies acquired during the conference.
“The conference is not just about discussions; it’s about transformation,” the organising committee said, emphasising the event’s goal of equipping professionals with tools and frameworks to excel.
“We are creating a space where professionals can gain practical tools, frameworks, and connections to thrive in today’s competitive market,” the committee added.
The organisers reaffirmed their commitment to supporting business leaders with the resources needed to navigate Nigeria’s evolving marketplace and unlock sustainable growth.
