Lagos Seeks Stronger Media Collaboration as DAAR Pays Courtesy Visit

The Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, has commended DAAR Communications Plc for its efforts to reposition its operations for wider reach and improved service delivery.

He made this remark while receiving a delegation from the media organisation led by its Managing Director and Chief Content Officer, Mr. Marcel Anyalechi, on a courtesy visit to the Ministry.
Omotoso described Lagos as a strategic media market and reaffirmed the State Government’s openness to partnerships that amplify government programmes and policies.
Mr. Anyalechi outlined DAAR Communications’ renewed business strategy and sought government cooperation to strengthen coverage through its broadcast platforms, including AIT, Raypower, and Faaji FM.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Olanrewaju Bajulaiye, assured the delegation of continued engagement with the media to enhance information dissemination across the State.
