Lagos, Police, LSSTF Unveil Strategic Framework to Enhance Campus Security

The Lagos State Government has launched a multi-agency initiative to strengthen security across tertiary institutions.

At the Lagos Campus Security and Safety Summit held at the Lagos State College of Medicine, Commissioner for Tertiary Education Tolani Sule called for people-centred security measures.

LSSTF Executive Secretary Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan donated patrol vehicles and security equipment to LASU, LASUED, and LASUSTECH.

Commissioner of Police Olohunda Moshood Jimoh advocated proactive screening and community policing models to address drug abuse and cultism.

The summit marked a deliberate step toward ensuring safer learning environments across Lagos campuses.
