The Lagos State Government has commissioned the Alhaji G.K. Oseni Central Mosque at the Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC), marking a significant moment in the institution’s history.

The commissioning, which took place during a special Jumat service on Friday, was performed on behalf of the Governor by the Special Adviser on Political, Legislative and Civic Engagement, Dr. Afolabi Abiodun Muhammed Tajudeen.
Dr. Tajudeen described the mosque as a symbol of faith, unity, and institutional heritage, commending the LSPC management for preserving history and honouring the legacy of Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Oseni, the pioneer Chairman of the Corporation.
In his welcome address, the General Manager of LSPC, Hon. (Dr.) Kolawole Peregrino, expressed gratitude to the Governor for his support, stating that the mosque represents spiritual upliftment and serves as a reminder of the values of discipline, service, and excellence.

The event, attended by government officials, religious leaders, donors, and members of the Oseni family, coincided with Alhaji Oseni’s 80th birthday, further underscoring the significance of the commissioning as a celebration of legacy, service, and institutional continuity.
