Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has announced that the Multi-Agency Office Complex in Alausa is nearing completion and will soon be ready for commissioning by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during a planned state visit to Lagos. The Governor disclosed this on Tuesday while leading members of the state executive council on an inspection tour of the project.

The Multi-Agency Office Complex, located within the Central Business District in Alausa, Ikeja, is designed as a modern multi-storey building aimed at centralising the operations of several government agencies. According to the Governor, the facility will significantly reduce congestion within the Lagos State Secretariat and improve coordination among government institutions.

Sanwo-Olu described the project as a “masterpiece,” expressing satisfaction with the progress made by the contractor. He noted that construction work on the main structure has been largely completed, with only finishing touches on the ground floor and surrounding setbacks remaining.

The complex is equipped with modern office spaces, relaxation areas for workers, and a multi-level parking facility with the capacity to accommodate over 600 vehicles. Advanced safety and operational features have also been integrated into the design to ensure efficiency and security within the facility.

The Governor stated that once completed, the complex will improve the working environment for civil servants and ultimately enhance the quality and speed of service delivery to residents across Lagos State.
