A Nigerian diaspora organisation has intensified calls for Nigerians living overseas to take part in the ongoing membership registration and revalidation exercise of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The President of the Nigerian Community in Turkey, Prince Magbo, who also leads the Diaspora Tinubu Support Group in Europe, said the exercise is key to consolidating the party’s base and giving members a direct role in shaping its future.

He described party registration as the primary channel through which members can participate meaningfully in internal decision-making and demonstrate support for the current APC-led administration under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Magbo praised the APC national leadership, noting that recent internal reforms have helped restore cohesion within the party and attracted new members from rival political platforms.

He also appealed to Nigerians, both at home and abroad, to remain patient with ongoing government reforms, insisting they are designed to deliver long-term benefits.

According to him, sustained engagement by Nigerians in the diaspora with political developments at home is essential for ensuring inclusive governance and maximizing democratic gains.
