The Office of the Chief of Staff, Lagos State Government, organised a two-day training programme for Junior Officers focused on career development, workplace ethics, health and safety, and personal finance management.

The training was designed to strengthen institutional capacity by equipping officers with essential professional skills and practical knowledge to enhance their productivity within the public service

Participants received guidance on career growth strategies, workplace discipline, and maintaining professional standards. Facilitators emphasised integrity, accountability, and responsible conduct as pillars of public service excellence.

Sessions on personal finance educated officers on savings culture, investment planning, and financial discipline, while health and safety modules addressed workplace risk management and personal wellbeing.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to building a competent, ethical, and financially literate workforce capable of delivering efficient services in line with the #AGreaterLagosRising agenda.
