Audit Service Commission Reviews 2026 Strategy at Ikeja Workshop

The Lagos State Audit Service Commission (ASC) has convened its Quarterly Strategy and Workplan Implementation Review Workshop in Ikeja to assess progress and strengthen execution of its 2026 priorities.

Held at Colossus Hotel, the workshop brought together Directors and senior officials of the Commission in a bid to reinforce alignment, accountability, and institutional performance. The forum provided a platform to evaluate operational benchmarks and refine implementation strategies.
The Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Oluwakemi Amudat Garbadeen-Adedeji, emphasised the importance of teamwork, performance monitoring, and strategic focus in achieving the Commission’s mandate. She urged participants to remain committed to transparency and measurable outcomes.
Key highlights of the session included a comprehensive review of the 2026 Work Implementation Plan and an appraisal of the Training Calendar for Auditors. Presentations were also delivered by Analoid, HCP, and Zenith Life Insurance, offering insights into operational support and capacity development.

The workshop concluded with renewed commitment from leadership and staff to strengthen oversight functions and ensure the Commission continues to uphold accountability standards within the Lagos State Public Service.
