The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has reported measurable improvements in telecom network quality and service delivery across the country in its Q4 2025 Industry Performance Report.

The findings were presented during a virtual media engagement where the Commission shared key performance indicators, sector trends, and operational insights, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and accountability in telecom regulation.
Speaking at the session, the Head of the Public Affairs Department, Mrs Nnenna Ukoha, said the quarterly data reflects NCC’s data-driven regulatory approach aimed at improving consumer experience and strengthening industry oversight.
Ukoha emphasised that accurate, timely, and well-communicated data remains central to the Commission’s mandate, noting that proper interpretation of industry performance statistics is critical for public understanding and policy direction.

She described the media as essential partners in shaping public trust, adding that the engagement was designed to equip journalists with the necessary context to report telecom data responsibly and prevent misinterpretation of sector developments.
