Babagana Umara Zulum, the Governor of Borno State, and Folashade Yemi-Esan, the Head of Civil Service of Nigeria, are set to lead the Nigerian delegation at this year's Nigerian Diaspora Direct Investment Summit (NDDIS) in London.
The summit, themed "Renew Nigeria, Renew Africa 2023," will take place at the Holiday Inn on Kensignton High Street later this year.
Bimbo Roberts Folayan, the founder of NDDIS, has revealed that the summit will feature prominent speakers, including permanent secretaries of ministries, directors-general of federal agencies, and chief medical directors from both public and private medical institutions, along with delegates from various Nigerian states (yet to be confirmed).
Folayan also highlighted the support of government institutions such as the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), and the Nigerian High Commission, emphasizing their dedication to strengthening ties between the Nigerian Diaspora community and the homeland while fostering economic growth.
This summit presents an outstanding opportunity for networking, promoting investment, and showcasing Nigeria's potential as an investment destination. It will encompass diverse sectors such as healthcare, technology, agriculture, sports, infrastructure, and more, offering exciting prospects for collaboration and development.
