Dr. Daniel Moses is not just a success story he’s a blueprint for resilience, transformation, and impact. From humble beginnings in Edo State, Nigeria, to becoming one of the UK’s most prominent Black-led voices in property investment and wealth education, Dr. Moses’s journey is as inspirational as it is instructive.
In 2004, Daniel made the life-changing decision to migrate to the United Kingdom. Like many Nigerians seeking better opportunities abroad, he arrived with hope in his heart but little certainty about the road ahead. He had just graduated from the University of Benin, and what started as a short holiday eventually became a permanent relocation, fuelled by ambition and a dream for more.
However, the journey wasn’t smooth. Daniel initially struggled to adjust to life in the UK and later returned to Nigeria in 2012 to pursue a business opportunity in oil and gas logistics. At first, the venture showed promise. But by 2015, disaster struck—he lost over $150,000 in capital, faced business collapse, and battled anxiety and depression. Many would have given up. But not Daniel.
He returned to the UK in 2016, almost penniless, and took up work as a delivery driver. With determination as his fuel, he pushed through the hardship. Within eight months, he became a Transport for London license holder and began earning better income as a freelance Uber operator. Still, Daniel knew he was meant for more.
A single Facebook ad changed the trajectory of his life. The phrase “Make money, control property” sparked curiosity and a desire to learn about the property industry. Daniel immersed himself in training, networking events, and mentorship programs. He began exploring rent-to-HMO strategies low-capital, high-yield property ventures. These methods enabled him to generate income quickly, despite limited resources.
By 2017, Daniel had launched South East London Properties, later rebranded as Property Wealth Associates. Recognizing a gap in accessible, practical property education, especially for underrepresented communities he teamed up with fellow entrepreneur Kevin Kludje to co-found Property Wealth Education in 2020.
What started with just two employees during the COVID-19 lockdown has blossomed into a 7-person team with nearly £500,000 in gross earnings. Their mission? To teach ordinary people how to invest in UK property, build wealth, and achieve financial independence.

Daniel’s company has become a powerful disruptor in a traditionally white, male-dominated industry. As he boldly puts it:
“There is no other Black-led property wealth coaching company as large as Property Wealth Education. We’re disrupting the norm and building something that lasts.”
While the pandemic challenged countless businesses, Dr. Moses saw opportunity in crisis. He quickly transitioned Property Wealth Education into a digital-first platform. Trainings, networking events, and mentorship programs moved online, leveraging Zoom and social media to reach clients across the UK. Surprisingly, clients found the virtual model even more engaging and convenient.
Dr. Daniel's digital savvy, combined with his engaging teaching style and personal brand, has earned him over 40,000 Instagram followers and features in top-tier media such as Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Fox News, and several Nigerian business platforms. His success has made him not only a business leader but also a mentor, keynote speaker, and inspiration to countless aspiring entrepreneurs.
Beyond business, Dr. Daniel has pursued academic excellence. He holds a doctorate in Philosophy, Christian Leadership, and Business, a foundation that deeply influences his teachings. His areas of expertise include mindset development, success thinking, property acquisition, investment strategy, wealth creation, and sales.
His story is also one of personal growth. He openly speaks about his struggles with anxiety and depression, showing that vulnerability and strength can coexist. His honesty and humility make him a relatable role model in the Nigerian diaspora and beyond.
