In today’s global economy, success is no longer confined to one industry or one country. Few embody this truth more powerfully than Adebimpe Obodozie, a Nigerian-born entrepreneur making an indelible mark in Canada and the United States across multiple sectors, including real estate, home improvement, driver education, beauty, and business consulting.

Driven by passion, purpose, and an unshakable commitment to service, Adebimpe has become a standout figure among Nigerian diaspora entrepreneurs, proving that hard work and heart can build empires even far from home.

Adebimpe’s story begins in Nigeria, where her first lessons in entrepreneurship came from her mothera businesswoman who led by example. Inspired by this early exposure and encouraged by her husband’s steadfast support, she cultivated the boldness to take risks and the clarity to pursue purpose-driven ventures.

Adebimpe co-founded Dialinn Properties and Management Inc. in Canada and Dialinn Properties Limited Partnership in the United States. These companies focus on acquiring undervalued properties in Class B and C neighborhoods, renovating them, and turning them into long-term rental assets.

Her approach is deliberate and data-driven. Through these investments, she has achieved consistent positive cash flow, double-digit ROI, and a growing real estate portfolio despite challenges like cross-border taxation and rent control policies.

When Adebimpe acquired Bathtub King Refinishing, a longstanding home renovation company in Canada, it wasn’t just about diversifying her portfolio. The company’s existing focus on bathroom accessibility solutions for seniors resonated with her values.

She kept the legacy intact but added efficiency and structure. With in-house designers and contractors, Bathtub King now offers a rare end-to-end service model delivering both beauty and functionality to homeowners with special needs.

Through her co-ownership of Drivewise Milton and Mississauga, Adebimpe has empowered hundreds of drivers particularly immigrants to learn the rules of the road and drive safely with confidence.

From offering discounted programmes for new immigrants to implementing cutting-edge driving simulators and digital tools in training, her company is redefining driver education in Canada and promoting public safety at scale.

Perhaps her most personal venture, Bimz Beauty and Lifestyle Inc. (also known as Bimz Hair) was born out of empathy. Having gone through her own hair journey, Adebimpe understood the emotional toll of hair loss, especially for women battling conditions like alopecia, lupus, and cancer.

Founded in 2011 in Nigeria and relaunched in Canada in 2021, Bimz Hair provides high-quality, affordable wigs and medical toppers that restore dignity and beauty. With support from the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP), she transformed the business into a thriving e-commerce brand now serving clients in the U.S., U.K., France, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.

Her digital transformation efforts, including SEO optimization and strategic digital ads, have doubled her online sales and broadened her customer base significantly.

In 2024, Adebimpe launched Econova Capital, a business advisory firm offering mentorship, coaching, and investment strategy guidance to new and aspiring entrepreneurs.

“Your mindset is everything,” she says. “You must think big, do your research, seek God’s direction, ask questions, and surround yourself with like-minded people. Most importantly, take action. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect before you start.”

Through Econova, she is giving back by helping others step into their own greatness.

Adebimpe’s success isn't just measured in business metrics. As a wife and mother, she values the flexibility entrepreneurship gives her to be present with her family while building impactful businesses.

To her, the most rewarding part of her journey isn’t just profit, it’s purpose: mentoring others, empowering women, creating jobs, and giving clients reasons to smile.

Proudly Nigerian, Adebimpe is rewriting the global narrative about her country. “We are not just hard workers,” she says. “We are brilliant, resilient, and capable of excelling anywhere. Nigerians in the diaspora are building economies not just participating in them.”

Adebimpe Obodozie is proof that with vision, values, and the courage to take that first step, borders become bridges and businesses become vehicles for transformation.
