1. Food

The distinct flavors of jollof rice, suya, egusi soup,pounded yam and the  Native soup are unmatched. While you might find Nigerian food abroad, it’s rarely as authentic or satisfying as the dishes made back home because  of the ingredients used at home are  locally cultivated in Nigeria , that is why many diaspora spend a lot of money to get Nigeria food ingredients like Roasted cat fish, Egusi, ogbono, garri, palm fruit etc just to have a feel of home.

2. Family and Community Bonds

The tight-knit, extended family structure and the sense of community fostered back home are hard to replicate abroad. The warmth of gathering for celebrations or just a casual visit is deeply missed.

 Traffic hawkers and street sellers. You still see traffic in most other countries but there is always no ‘emergency market’ close by.  the unending energy of bustling cities like Lagos or Abuja have a charm that no foreign city can mimic.

The sense of togetherness and joy is unparalleled. A lot of Nigeria diaspora will typically long to experience the merriment of a Nigeria party. Funny enough You don't need to know the celebrant directly. In Nigeria, if you are preparing for a party for 500 people, you have to cook for at least 1500 people

Nigeria music are globally recognised although they are easy to access online Afrobeats, fuji, and highlife dominate the airwaves in Nigeria, and the spontaneous dance parties that break out in homes and party, live band at the Epic Fela shrine in Lagos.

Nigerians are naturally witty, and the humor in everyday conversations using their various indigenous languages, memes, and jokes makes life back home so much more fun. Nigerian Pidgin is a staple of humor. Comedians and ordinary people often use it to craft jokes.there is always a new slang in Nigeria the diaspora will greatly miss this
