Lagos State Government Commissions Upgraded Road Networks in Ikeja GRA

In a significant stride toward urban regeneration, the Lagos State Government has commissioned five newly upgraded road networks in Ikeja GRA. These roads—Oba Dosumu Street, Oduduwa Way, Oduduwa Crescent, Sobo Arobiodu, and Sasegbon Streets—are part of the administration's commitment to enhancing infrastructure across the state.

The upgraded roads feature improved drainage systems aimed at mitigating flooding and erosion, while also addressing traffic congestion. Residents can also look forward to increased safety and a boost in property values in the area.

Speaking at the commissioning, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed his administration's commitment to building a "Greater Lagos," ensuring that no community is left behind in the state's regeneration efforts. "Our goal is to deliver quality infrastructure that improves lives, fosters economic growth, and ensures sustainable development," he stated.

This initiative is one of several projects designed to foster interconnectivity and transform Lagos into a modern, resilient city.
